About this game
Persona 5 is a JRPG game released in 2016 developed by Atlus. Set in modern-day Tokyo, players will take on the role of a high school student known by the pseudonym Joker who transfers to a new school after being accused of assault and undergoing probation.
During the school year, he and other students awaken with special powers, becoming a group of secret guards known as the Ghost Heart Thieves.
Like previous games in the series, parties fight enemies known as Shadows using physical manifestations of their souls known as their Personas. The game combines role-playing and dungeon crawling elements alongside social simulation scenarios.
